Investment properties

We have assisted a large number of Danish and international real estate businesses and investors with the sale of nearly all types of investment properties, including property portfolios, residential properties, office, commercial and industrial properties as well as hotels.

As an investment expert, we have helped Danish and international companies, the Faroe Islands' infra-structure development agency Landsverk and the Danish state in the purchase, sale and development of real estate development sites. In addition, we have been in charge of the verification of other commercial real estate brokers' development site assessments on behalf of the Danish Building & Property Agency/Ministry of Finance.

Hotels and Conference

We are particularly experienced in the sale and appraisal of hotels, conference centres and resorts and the brokerage of investment properties. In the hotel and leisure segment alone, we have been involved in over 200 sales, appraisals and various advisory functions.

In connection with locating new offices and/or corporate headquarters, we have worked on projects for Danish and international business groups, the Danish state, the European Commission and the Canadian government.

We have handled a large number of sales, rental agreements and property locating projects for Danish and international companies, and have also assisted the Danish state in major investment and property locating projects.

Special projects

We have carried out a number of special projects for our clients in the past, including appraisals of wharfs, marinas and timeshare apartments, conducting feasibility analyses in connection with hotel development projects and evaluations for the Danish state regarding cases of properties located on leased land not being bought out/taken over.
